Mr. Pravin Kotak, the founder member of JP ISCON Group, heads as the Chairman of JP ISCON LIMITED He has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years. He oversees the management and integration of company wide field and office activities.
Armed with practical knowledge of the construction process, his experience includes the successful saga of land acquisitions and clearances for the projects of JP ISCON LIMITED . His responsibilities include land acquisitions and all the legal activities related to the same. With his expertise in relationship management, he is also responsible for liaising with all the government authorities.
As a chairman, he plays an important role in establishing industry leadership. He provides a strong support to his co-directors as well as his employees by holding the whole company together. His prime intention is to strengthen the trust and enhancing the performance by fulfilling the dreams of the masses.

Mr. Kotak is also heading the ‘Gihead Advisory Committee’ as a Chariman, ‘Gujarat State Tennis Table Association as a
Vice-President. He has also headed the ‘Gujarat Pavitra Yatra Dham’ as a chairman. With his expertise, he is committed towards creating a better environment and experience for society. Some of the remarkable achievements to his credit are:

Mr. Jateen Gupta, a qualified Civil Engineer, holds a rich experience of 15 years in residential and commercial construction. He brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every JP ISCON LIMITED project.
As a Managing Director of the company, Mr. Jateen Gupta provides leadership in setting goals, process, and direction. His key role includes Strategy Planning, Business Development, Strategic Tie-ups with International Clients, raising foreign funds, bank loans, and Project Execution.
His success as a leader in the construction industry is primarily based on the commitment to teamwork and a sincere interest in helping clients achieve their objectives.

| A person with innovative ideas, vision and long term planning, Mr. Gupta firmly believes that only a satisfied customer's support can give the strength to any organization for further growth. A key player in every major new business pitch for almost a decade, he has been instrumental in strategic alliance with Anchor players like TATA, Reliance, Future Group etc.
He has many commercial and residential projects to his credit & has been a guiding force behind our foray into building residential/commercial complexes and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Jayesh Kotak has played a significant role in shaping the financial policy guidelines of JP ISCON LIMITED With his valuable experience, he leads a team of internal and external finance specialists and manages all the financial activities. He ensures that full clarity is maintained in finance which in turn strengthens the trust of our CUSTOMER.
Mr. Kotak also ensures that all financial and business practices conform with local law and to the company’s corporate policies and procedures. He has made significant contribution to the growth of the company in its various facets.

Along with his knowledge in Finance, he excels in the field of construction too holding an exposure for more than 10 years. His education and experience helps in timely execution of the company’s projects. With his clear vision and financial expertise, he is sure to make this company a success.
He is currently serving on the board as a Managing Director and is highly regarded for his experience in accountancy and financial matters. Because of proper execution of company’s project he made a stand of ISCON in most trusted companies of 2008. |

Mr. Amit Gupta, the Executive Director of JP ISCON LIMITED is involved in initiating, planning & implementing marketing strategies as well as tactical campaigns for the company. His valuable marketing experience has enabled the company to create & establish “Iscon” brand recognition. His in depth understanding of the Real Estate Market, Customer needs, Property Management initiatives have been instrumental in achieving company’s growth obejectives .
JP ISCON Group’s successful ventures in Vadodara are guided under his leadership. JP ISCON Group has launched more than 20 lakh sq ft of residential & office space in Vadodara within a short span of 2 years.

Amit Gupta (Executive Director)

Mr Gupta heads the Property Management division which includes management of Retail & Residential properties created by Iscon. He has successfully leased Iscon malls in Ahmedabad, Surat & Rajkot & now ensures that the malls not only have the right Tenant Mix but also create maximum footfalls through creative marketing campaigns and sound maintenance.
Mr. Gupta has been ranked 12th in “Gujarat Glories Power People 50”.
